Course Details
This course encourages learners to explore values-based leadership as a foundation for inspiring others. Through self-reflection, leadership assessments, and interactive discussions, participants will explore personal values, leadership styles, and the impact of diverse perspectives. They will develop practical leadership strategies that emphasize inclusion, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking.
Designed as a reflective and interactive experience, this course empowers participants to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
Learning Circles will be integrated throughout the course, allowing participants to share insights, engage in collaborative discussions, and deepen their understanding of leadership in practice.
